Well in the tangle of wires somehow we have wifi. They need Aeneas! We also are enjoying coffee and Everest beer. We won't have any of the above on our trek. 

Earthquake damage still a part of life

Kathmandu is recovering slowly and there are few tourists. We are some of the first to come this season since the earthquake.

    Lots of gear for our trek, spread out all over Margaret's room. Hey, kids in college so parents go to Everest! All of this gear has to weigh a total of 30 lbs including the sleeping bag and coats! Brrrr
